**IGNORE PREVIOUS BAD REVIEWS** **UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP** Donna Sarah came highly recommended by a client of mine shearly for the amazing food. Truly chef Philipe did NOT disappoint. I'm a huge Chicken Francese fan, and this entree was nothing short of a revelation! The between the excellent Tiramisu and the traditional French Cherry Clafoutis we were blown away by the authenticity and quality of each bite. Beyond ALL of the above, this family and their story is a true testament to the American dream and living it out in practice with grace, humility and an indomitable spirit to succeed. The owner/chef, his wife, and son were all as kind and hospitable as could be and shared their testimony with us as of we were old friends. The delicious food and welcoming family atmosphere is going to make Donna Sarah a stand out restaurant and staple South Florida culture. We truly look forward to seeing this family owned gem grow and thrive, hopefully with even more delectable French cuisine options! Bon appetite!

The food and the atmosphere were incredible. Right when we entered we were greeted by an incredible family. The restaurant is small and intimate. Sarah shared with us their story of how they had a very successful restaurant in France, and decided to move here following their son. The food was amazing. Everything from the bread, to the sauce are all made from scratch. Good food served by even better people. Will definitely come back.

NEW OWNERSHIP ignore the lowest reviews. Wow. I was not expecting such a divine dining experience at a strip mall in Cooper City! We drove out there and I was just told there would be good food. I didn’t realize that I would be greeted by the chef, his wife and their son the moment we walk in with a handshake and the warmest welcome. Suddenly I was in the kitchen of a beautiful French family, they shared their story with us how they moved from the French countryside, leaving their successful restaurant to be close to their son when he moved to Florida to pursue a career in golf. It felt like we were dining in France with close friends as they brought out the freshest homemade bread, they so sweetly sent us home with half a loaf for breakfast! The food was delicious. You can feel the love that is poured into the cooking and the French twist on Italian cuisine. An absolute GEM in south Florida!!!

Ok. Run. Don’t walk to Donna Sarah’s. Sure. It’s a small place in a strip mall, but do not let that deter you. Run by a French husband and wife, they are cranking out the best Italian food around . The husband greeted us at the door and shook our hands. The wife had the brightest smile. This family cares about their customers and food in a way that is unlike most places in South Florida . The Chicken Marsala is the best I’ve had . Ever. The sauce is like liquid drugs. My wife got the chicken parm. Again. Huge. Great. Awesome. Pasta for both dishes was cooked perfectly Al dente. The bread is baked on premises by the husband . The mozzarella sticks are also home made. The food is phenomenal. The service is even better . I can’t rave more.

This is a great place for pizza, everything has changed since the new owners came on board, the quality of the food, the service, everything is excellent. The crust of their pizza is simply delicious and crusty. On top of that,Philipe, the owner is a very good baker and he bakes and top-of-the-line traditional French bread I strongly recommend everyone to pay them a visit.

I have read many great reviews about Donna Sara we finally tried it for ourselves and it was amazing. I tried the chicken Marsala as I read the sauce was lick your plate clean good, it was better than the best! Portions are huge you get so much of the main dish the pasta comes in a separate bowl. The home made basalmic salad dressing is a must if you get a salad, my husband had carrot cumin soup which was very thick and flavorful. The owners are very friendly and make sure you are well taken care of. Cannot wait till our next visit.

A hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations It was my first time visiting, and honestly, I have no words to describe the incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was perfect. The place is cozy and absolutely delightful, and the food... just spectacular! The house salad, the bread, the milanesa, the pasta—everything was full of flavor and had that homemade touch that’s so rare to find these days. Every bite was a delight. And to top it off, I had the strawberry tiramisu for dessert — it was a true masterpiece. The service was outstanding, warm, and genuine. Everyone, from the younger staff to the adults, made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. You can tell that everything is made with love and dedication. I truly have no words to express how much I enjoyed this place. I hope to return very soon — congratulations to everyone involved, this place is an absolute treasure.

Quaint restaurant with delicious food. Homemade bread was brought to the table while we waited for our entrees. We got the meatball (homemade) pepperoni Stromboli and chicken marsala. Portions are huge. The marsla came with pasta and a side salad. The service is attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend for a family dinner or date night!!! Will definitely be back!!!!
